Issues
EDUCATION & WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
Every child in Texas deserves a high-quality education and a pathway to opportunity. But right now, teachers are underpaid, classrooms are overcrowded, and students aren’t getting the resources they need to succeed.
I will work to:
-
Fully fund public education
-
Support and retain great teachers
-
Strengthen workforce & career training programs
-
Build partnerships between schools, colleges & employers
A strong workforce starts with strong schools — and both are essential to our future.
INFRASTRUCTURE & SMART GROWTH
District 57 is growing quickly — and our infrastructure isn’t keeping pace.
From congested roads to water systems and broadband access, families feel the strain of rapid growth without enough planning or investment.
I will fight for:
-
Improved roads and transportation access
-
Reliable water and utility systems
-
High-speed internet access across every neighborhood
-
Smart planning that protects our quality of life
Growth should strengthen communities — not overwhelm them.
STRONG ECONOMY & GOOD JOBS
Texas succeeds when Texans succeed.
Families deserve access to good jobs, fair wages, and an economy that supports work and opportunity — not just profit at the top.
As a business and HR leader, I’ll work to:
-
Support and grow small businesses
-
Expand job training and apprenticeships
-
Ensure competitive wages and workplace fairness
-
Invest in innovation and local entrepreneurship
A strong economy builds from the ground up — starting with people
VETERANS & MILLITARY FAMILIES
As a U.S. Army veteran who served in Afghanistan, I know that the commitment to service doesn’t end when the uniform comes off.
Veterans deserve more than gratitude — they deserve support, opportunity, and dignity.
I’ll advocate for:
-
Faster access to state and federal benefits
-
Mental health services and support
-
Civilian job opportunities that honor service experience
-
Tangible resources for military families
When we honor veterans, we honor the best of Texas.
